To return a product simply contact teamsanta@christmasdepot.com and you will be provided with instructions related to how to return the products in your order. It is important that these instructions are followed carefully to obtain the most efficient result and avoid unnecessary delays related to credit/refund. . The Christmas Depot website is connected to a vast distribution supply chain that includes fulfillment centers located all over the U.S.A. If an order is sent to the incorrect warehouse by the consumer, this will ultimately delay the processing of a return and of course the refund/credit.
